2146 Grove Street Brandon

Cattails Restaurant!
Ok just one more Creemee entry.  I just wanted to squeeze this in before the summer's over!

Cattails makes a very good creemee.  It should be on the top of the list if you decide to go on a Vermont Creemee Tour.  Creemees are just as "Vermont" as maple syrup or cheese, so they never should be over looked.

The perfect creaminess! Cherry, White Chocolate Twist.

...with rainbow sprinkles.

I'll have to write more about Cattails another day because there is more to say....but for now, I just what to say, it's one of our places to go out to eat!

Great drink specials!  The drinks actually taste like there is alcohol in them and to me, that's one sign of good restaurant.

To be continued....

My Favorite Ice Cream and Creemee Stop!

 6035  Route 17W,  Addison
( just down the road from the bridge to New York)

This is a summer must for me and a high recommendation for a visitor to Addison.

So, what I really needed was a picture of a Goodies' famous creemee.  However, maybe I'd spoil the fun of the surprise of how big they are!  Order a large ( just do it) you'll see what I mean.

A Small Green Mountain Sundae. $3.97

I just can't seem to break away from the Green Mountain Sundae!  It's made with a homemade chocolate and mint fudgy brownie, tuns of mint ice cream, hot fudge, cherry and nuts. My husband and I usually order it with chocolate creemee instead of the ice cream.  It's great either way!

Happy Summer!

Lu.Lu!

11 Main Street
Bristol

Basil, White Chocolate Lavender, Butter Scotch (with actual scotch), Toasted Coconut, Lime, Curried Peanut, Caramelized Banana... these are just some of the flavors of ice cream you may find at the new ice cream shoppe in Bristol.

Home made ice cream with simple, local and organic ingredients.  You never know what you might find!

We drove quit aways to check out this new ice cream shoppe.  When we arrived we where twenty minutes early.  They opened the store for us anyway, and soon the store filled right up.  Thank You!

We approve!  Two thumbs up!
